2. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the provision of product design, prototyping, and design system services by PixelProductWorks, registered at 753 37 Tunakolonin 339 Uppsala, Sweden.
Scope of Work. All services are delivered according to a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal. The SOW defines deliverables, timelines, pricing, and acceptance criteria. Any deviation requires written amendment.

Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for a period of 3 years.
Limitation of Liability. PixelProductWorks' total aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
